Four years ago, we founded Chislehurst Matters, a new and independent local political party, because we believed something was missing from local politics. We felt strongly that local politics should focus on the issues that matter most to the people who live here.
Since then, you’ve placed your trust in us, and we’ve worked every day to repay that trust. We’ve championed local voices, held the Council to account, and fought for the best outcomes for Chislehurst. From tackling everyday concerns to standing up for our community’s long-term interests, we’ve tried to be present, proactive, and transparent in everything we do.
We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together. But we know there’s still more to do. That’s why we’ll be standing for re-election in May 2026. We believe we can continue to be a strong, effective voice for this community, just as we have been over the past four years.
